Principle of Lean Thinking

The thought process of Lean was thoroughly described in the book, “The Machine That Changed the World” (1990), by James Womack, Daniel Roos, and Daniel Jones.

Lean principles are the guiding concepts that drive the basic behaviors of an organization. While many Lean advocates create their unique set of principles, the most famous were first presented by James Womack and Daniel Jones in their book Lean Thinking.

Step 3: Create Flow
Step 4: Establish Pull
Step 5: Seek Perfection

The Customer and his satisfaction are the single most important thing for companies survival. Many organizations invest their resources in pursuing this objective, but all too often they obtain poor results: customers complain because they don’t see their requirements understood or you have not been able to give them what required (even after long customer satisfaction promotion).
